Ordering your PC QUILTER
 

Which model/parts to order?

If you are not sure what kind of model suits your needs or what kind of add-ons you may need, See phone numbers on our contact page to contact the sales department. You may also check the rep listings to see if there is a rep near you.

AFTER YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER

Once your order is received, technical support will send you an email confirming your order and an exercise to complete to confirm that you have the necessary PC skills to operate the PC Quilter.

Once the exercise is completed correctly, a phone call will be set up to confirm that you have no problems reading manuals and are willing to do so! Your order will not be processed and your credit card will not be charged until this process is completed.

If you are not contacted within 48 hours of faxing/emailing in your order, please contact sales at sales@pcquilter.com or our contact page for the current sales department phone number. Support is closed on the weekends and major US holidays. If you fax/email your order in on the weekend, after hours, or a holiday, you will not receive confirmation until the next scheduled work day. If you pay by mail and send a check, the order will not be shipped until the check clears.

US ORDERS

All orders to the lower 48 states are shipped via UPS or FedEx and must be signed for. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped US Postal Service (priority mail). Purchasers will be advised of the shipping costs before the order is processed. Sales tax is required for all State of Washington orders only.

Shipping costs are not included in the price of the equipment. If you do not see a shipping amount mentioned in the upper part of the order form, contact sales for current shipping costs within the 48 states.

CANADIAN ORDERS

Orders to Canada are shipped US Postal Service with a NAFTA certificate of origin (no duty). Canada will normally collect provincial and federal sales tax (PST/GST or HST) and a small brokerage fee - they seem to want cash. Please note that your PC Quilter will arrive at the border within 4 - 10 days. However, it may sit in customs for an indeterminate period before they actually process it (usually a couple of weeks). Quilting Technologies has no control over this process. If you would like us to quote on an alternate shipping method, we will be glad to do so. The customer is responsible for all fees. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For information on shipping charges and an order form for destinations other than Canada and the US, please e-mail us at sales@pcquilter.com. Be sure to tell us how quickly you would like to receive your unit so we know what method to ship by to be able to give you a price. The customer is responsible for all fees.

ALL International orders other than those for Canada and Mexico must be paid for by Bank Transfer. We cannot accept credit cards that are based outside of Canada and USA. All packages are shipped insured and require your signature.
